*Your order was not delivered within the expected timeframe (excluding delays due to force majeure events).

*The item is returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging within the specified return period.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following:

*Perishable goods (including food items and organic products) that have been opened or used.

*Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer.

*Items purchased on sale, promotional offers, or as part of a clearance sale.

*Digital/downloadable products.

3.Return the Product (if required): If our team requests a return, ship the item to our designated address. Return shipping costs may be covered based on the nature of the issue.

4.Refund Approval: Once we inspect and approve your request, we will initiate the refund.
