Delivery Information

*AED 15 for next-day delivery per shipment across all Emirates (Mainland).

*AED 30 for delivery per shipment across remote areas & AUH western regions.

*AED 30 for same-day delivery per shipment across all Emirates.

* Free delivery for orders above AED 150 within all Emirates.

* Free delivery for orders above AED 250 in remote areas and the Abu Dhabi Western Region.

Cut-Off Times

* All UAE  (Mainland):

*Next-day delivery: Cut-off time 3:00 PM

*Same-day delivery: Cut-off time 11:00 AM

*AUH Western regions & Other remote Areas:

*Delivery is available twice a week for the Abu Dhabi Western Region and remote areas.

Terms and conditions:

Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be delivered the next day (NDD).

For same- Day Deliveries, orders placed before 11 am will be delivered between 3 pm-10 pm.

A total of 3 attempts will be made to contact the consignee by currier service.

For Sundays and public holidays, deliveries can be arranged with an additional charge (Rates depend on courier service). with an advance booking at least before 24 hrs. For more information, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

Note: An additional charge of AED 2 per kg will apply for shipments exceeding 5kg.
